This training is ONLY held 2 times per year in Pennsylvania beginning in September and February. At the end of the training you'll be qualified to sit for the NGH Exam if you choose. The training involves lots of fun in class practice. As a hypnotist you can help others stop smoking, eliminate bad habits, manage pain and stress and even lose weight.

From 1995-99 Cheryl directed educational programs for a staff of 400 at the Omega Institute, the oldest and largest holistic studies center in the U.S. located in Rhinebeck, NY. A certified Polarity Therapist since 1993 and a mindfulness meditation practitioner since 1985, Cheryl completed the Spiritual Lifestyle Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA in 1989. This traditional Usui reiki certification includes powerful meditations each morning, a guided imagery of meeting your reiki guides, the history of reiki, hand and kanji positions, three hours each day of hands on application on each other, personal use of medicinal grade organic and/or wildcrafted essential oils on the chakras, pendulum diagnosis, scanning and beaming, grounding, protecting and centering techniques, pranic healing and cleansing, and a detailed binder to refer to.
