Guided Holistic Integrative Breathing facilitates clearing stuck or stagnant energy in the body. This is continuous cyclical breathing with no pause between the in and the out breath. This type of breathing is not meant to regress you and can be integrated into your own stillness practices in your home. Positive affirmations from Anodea Judith’s book “Eastern Body Western Mind” are added in the recordings specific to each chakra. In addition the music is calibrated to the notes of each chakra.
